GREAT WATER COOLER, ICE COLDThe main thing I wanted in a water cooler was to actually make the water cold. I did a lot of research and found that most of the popular ones only cooled water to around 50 degrees F and were not adjustable. All I can say is when I have any kind of drink, I'm the kind of person that fills the cup with ice first. This cooler is perfect for me. Makes ice cold water with needing to add ice to the glass and I don't even have it turned to the coldest setting. I don't use the hot water so I can't comment on that. Water flows quickly, especially more so the fuller the bottle is. For ice cold water, this one is perfect.

Works just as good in Black
After reading reviews, I decided to go with the Clover B7A hot and cold water dispenser. However, I saw that this item came in black and had only 2 reviews (one 5 star and one 1 star) so the rating was kind of low. Let me go ahead and bring that star rating up a bit as this product is awesome. I was able to set it up in almost no time and it didn't leak, didn't taste like plastic and the cold was plenty cold and the hot was really hot!

I would recommend this water dispenser to everyone.

So far, so good
I got this water cooler to replace an old sunmeam cooler. I hoped for inecold water, instead of the sort of cold water in my last machine. I must say that so far, this machine does the trick. The water is plenty cold, and it refrigerats consistently.

Water Cooler
This is a very well made cooler with pre drilled holes on both sides so you can attach a cup dispenser which I did. It runs quiet too. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a well made water cooler. The hot is really hot & the cold really cold.

Meeting our expectations; great communication from seller
We purchased our B7A here through Water Cooler International in Colorado. After setting this up, I called Kevin about a couple things not well covered in the owners manual: effective cleaning and descaling that isn't covered because of liability (thank you, lawyers), accessing the holding tanks for cleaning, and the advantages/disadvantages of water type used (Kevin says that spring water, while great in quality, does build scale a little faster). I expressed concern about the durability of the plastic faucet handles, but Kevin assures me they are quite durable, and I can easily order any replacement parts through him. One nit: there was no protective material (e.g. bubble wrap) around the unit in the shipping box, with the plastic handles seemingly vulnerable to pressure on the box. But it arrived just fine. The water is a pleasant cold temperature, not too cold, and the hot water temperature is 160 to 165 degrees, great for quick tea and cocoa. Quick phone and email response from the seller, which is important to me.

Perfect!!!
It is the perfect size for our office kitchen and the option to have hot water too is a bonus, we are extremely happy with it. The delivery was so fast too. I would recommend it.

Love it!
Well, the product is exactly as advertised! Boiling temperature water from a child-safe spout, and refrigerated water from the other one! Fits our multitude of differently shaped water tanks, very simple, easy to use, works great! We had bought a few different water coolers from other sellers and brands, but had to return all of them because they arrived broken or didn't work as advertised, but this one had absolutely no disappointments :-) Pretty good deal for the money.

Solid, compact and works great!
After I almost dropped on the ground from trying to lug 25 lbs of water uphill to our apartment an 1/8 mile we decided to get a nice water cooler and a monthly subscription to a water company since we don't really trust the 1920's water piping in our apartment.

My wife loves to drink only hot water so this having the hot tap is a life saver from having me to nuke water in the microwave constantly too.

The only caveat with this item is make sure that you plug it into an outlet, not a power strip. The heat elements are updated from a capacitor in the casing and every once in a while it pulls power - HARD - from the outlet to recharge. We know this because we hear a audible pop from the unit and the lights go a little dim (since this is 1920+ wiring it might not like the pull and shows it's displeasure, but I think more modern electrical systems shouldn't have a problem.)

Other than that, I couldn't be happier with the product.

Good quality
I have this for about a month. It works well. very hot and very cold water. sturdy construction. appealing looks.
easy to load water bottles because of the safety stick (punctures the water bottle so that it does not spill when turning it on top of the cooler.) I had one from another brand, and this one is worth a little extra money. It is more professional and has just a few extra touches that make the extra money seem worthwhile. I recommend it for a small business or office setting.

Good buy
So here's a simple review of the cooler I just recently bought:

-Water from cold tap is very cold.
-Water tastes good, no plastic flavor.
-I can Watch TV without being annoyed by the sound (the cooler is about 10 feet behind the couch.

Excellent product
Love it! I was looking for a water cooler to replace my 15 yr old worn out cooler. This was exactly what I needed. The cold water temperature feature was the final selling point.
